Broadway Calls With 'After Midnight'

I'm dying to see the new Broadway show "After Midnight," directed by Wynton Marsalis and featuring the Cotton Club-era music of Duke Ellington. Fantasia Barrino, who has a voice straight out of that time, is a perfect guest star for the show, although k.d. lang, whose voice also speaks of yesteryear, will likely be great, too. This one might just be worth a trip to NYC for next year . . .
