Utah Shooter: Religion of Peace?

Killer identified as 18-year-old Sulejmen Talovic

"Police have no motive in the killing."

Does that mean he's Muslim?

Sometimes, what isn't printed screams the loudest. My guess is he is a Muslim due to the media not stating he isn't, as they are fast to do.

On top of that, he would be a Bosnian Muslim. Isn't that the group that ex-President Bill CLinton sent our bomber and troops over there to protect?

Or, was his intent our troops be used for the jihad?

If he is indentified as a muslim, bet dollars to donuts the article will slao contain the standard disclaimer that his act is "unrelated to terrorism," as they have done with every other muslim attack in the country.

Boy - one crazy Bosnian - it must be jihad. Why isn't Libby identified as a Christian? What about every criminal - should their religion be central to their crime? How about all the witnesses - no reports of "Allah is great" shouted out before the gunfire. What if his religion has nothing to do with it and instead he was just nuts - you would look like a couple of fearful bigots having a kneejerk reaction.

No, anonymous, religion should only be central to a crime when it's the motivating factor as in cases of Sudden Jihad Sydrome. Whether this will turn out to be the situation in this shooting or not, why pillory those of us who simply pose the question?

Instead, one might wonder why people like you are so eager to claim innocence whenever a Muslim is involved in a crime against non-Muslims? Sometimes a cigar really is a cigar.

"Why isn't Libby identified as a Christian? "

Because he's a Jew. Which can be confirmed by visiting the Christian/Jew haters at Huffington post who always remember to point that out.

Not to mention the D.C. Snipers in 2002.

Were all those guys friends, Lew? They should have come up with something more dramatic and coordinated - they seem so disconnected and unrelated. Oh, but they are Muslims. Wow - it's clearly "terrorism" when a Muslim kills someone (especially Jews - that apparently counts as double-extra-bad terrorism now).

Since you are clearly keeping a running tally of every Muslim who kills people, it seems common sense to compare stats on the perils we face and try to put them in perspective:

Killed by individual muslims (2002-now: 12+

All homocides for 2004: 16,611 (per CDC)

Annual deaths from auto crashes: 34,000 appx.

2003 Deaths from Cancer: 556,902

Hmmm. Clearly the Muslim plan of taking us out one by one will work...if all the other things don't kill us first ... it may just take a few thousand years to get there.

Maybe you should worry more about chemical plants, nuclear facilities and ports that lack security because our governament is more concerned with pleasing their corporate cronies than protecting your ass. There's where one crazy guy could do some real damage - Yeah, those lone teenage Bosnian gunmen sure have me up at night.

Anonymous,where these 'friends?'

4 Decades of Worldwide Terrorism

Unlike crimes, these acts are not committed to steal or rob goods or money, they are done to instill fear and encourage subjection to their way of beliefs.

They are not committed out of anger or passion of the moment, they are coldly calculated to instill fear.

They are not merely planned on paper, they are physically trained for and well financed by wealthy members of the radicals, again, to instill fear.
